Tell us about yourself:

I’m an avid animal advocate and original founder of a local rescue, Paws For Life. I enjoy riding my horse, Stormy, and long walks on the beach with my hubby and 2 rescued German shepherds. 

Tell us about your yoga journey:

I was never big into yoga but have been practicing at Piper Moon for roughly 3 years. I started with 1 class per week and now practice 3 times per week. It’s rare that I miss a practice.

What has yoga done for you? What benefits have you seen?

I am stronger and have more energy since I began this journey.
